4.01. Before prescribing a training period or limiting a trainee hearing-aid acoustician’s right to practise, the board of directors must give the hearing-aid acoustician concerned the opportunity to be heard. For such purpose, the board of directors must give the hearing-aid acoustician a written notice of at least 10 days prior to the date of the hearing.
